Job Summary
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gravity's AI platform, translating complex requirements into prioritized execution plans. Lead end-to-end feature delivery for LLMs, SLMs, and RAG pipelines, managing PRDs, sprint prioritization, and release planning with engineering and data science teams. Establish an AI evaluation framework covering accuracy, safety, and fairness while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and FDA guidelines. Act as the primary liaison between clinical, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to gather insights and define success metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years focused on AI/ML products
- Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products in complex enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, embeddings, ML pipelines, and evaluation methodologies
- Strong ability to write detailed PRDs, technical specs, and product narratives
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED)
- Experience with agentic AI systems, multi-step AI pipelines, or autonomous workflow orchestration
- Familiarity with MLOps tooling, vector databases, or AI observability platforms
- Prior experience in clinical decision support, EHR integration, or digital health products
- Engineering or data science background that enables hands-on collaboration with technical teams
