4444-Associate Director, GSI Partner Delivery & CoE Operations- Partnerships

Maintain a real-time view of Innovaccer's active project portfolio, translating delivery risks and resourcing gaps into a structured pipeline of staff augmentation and time-and-materials opportunities for GSI partners. Define best-in-class Centers of Excellence frameworks for partners, assess their maturity against Gravity skill sets and certification standards, and build closing plans with Alliance Directors. Build and maintain commercial and operational frameworks for engagement models, ensuring consistency across partners while collaborating with Deal Desk and Legal to enforce templates. Serve as the connective layer between Delivery, Product, and Customer Success leadership to surface delivery gaps early and route them to the right GSI capacity.
