440 Small Pack Operator

Operate the packaging line as a 440 Small Pack Operator: remove product from conveyor, inspect to customer specifications, and hand pack into prescribed cartons. Ensure boxes are formed correctly, verify labels match the carton, and apply plastic lids when applicable. Tape and palletize finished product and add metal ends to can seamer as needed. Potentially operate can depalletizer and apply stickers to cases per production orders. Perform duties as directed by the operator, production lead, or supervisor; adhere to GMPs and quality standards. Must be able to work rotating shifts, lift up to 35 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance), stand for extended periods, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Requires basic math and reading skills, good communication, and willingness to cross-train in other departments; basic computer knowledge; strong teamwork, proactive attitude, and ability to train new packers.
