Job Summary
Data Analyst to help healthcare customers explore their data, design and build workflows on the Data Activation Platform, and create easy-to-digest analytical reports for US healthcare clients. Responsibilities include guiding the team on best practices for data handling, reviewing deliverables before sharing with customers, transforming data, monitoring and tuning production workflows for high availability, and applying Innovaccer data warehousing concepts. Requires SQL proficiency, Python as a plus, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts; candidate should be self-starter, autonomous, and able to manage multiple high-priority customer engagements while mentoring junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in an analytics role in a data services/product firm
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of SQL for ETL
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Demonstrated expert problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences
