Greet customers daily, operate cash registers, and maintain strict cash handling and record-keeping standards. Supervise staff by training, coaching, and holding employees accountable while ensuring all shifts are covered and cleanliness protocols are met. Manage store operations including inventory, stocking, ordering, and vendor check-in procedures, reporting to District and Area Managers as needed. Execute daily tasks with speed and accuracy, remaining drug-free and submitting to random screens. Handle emergency situations such as break-ins, robberies, and alarm failures. Work a minimum of 45 hours per week with strong customer service and leadership skills. Valid NC Driver's License required.
