408D-Security Lead

Lead the 408D security team in designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security controls across the organization. Conduct regular security audits, manage incident response procedures, and oversee vendor risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Develop and execute security awareness training programs to mitigate human-related risks. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity, with proficiency in risk management frameworks and incident response protocols. The position is full-time, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an annual salary range of $140,000 to $180,000.
