Job Summary
Day Program Manager responsible for leading a mission-driven team to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a Day Program setting. Oversee daily operations, ensure implementation of individualized support and behavior plans, hire/train/mentor staff, evaluate prospective employees, assist with daily living skills and routines, support medical needs and appointments, and promote community involvement and social engagement. Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to focus on residents and staff, fostering a positive home culture and opportunities for independence and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two years related progressive experience and/or training.
- Two years of progressive experience working with people who have a developmental disability. One year must include supervisory responsibilities.
