Job Summary
Conduct daily support for adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with household maintenance, meal prep, bathing, dressing, and medication administration. Advocate for individuals to participate fully in community life by facilitating medical appointments, banking, outings, and adherence to Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans. Safely evacuate individuals during emergencies while maintaining certifications and complying with Agency policies and DDS regulations. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and double-shifts.
