Job Summary
Experienced Security Officer needed in San Rafael, CA for a Full-Time, Monday-Friday role. Responsibilities include monitoring, patrolling, and securing protected facilities; identifying and neutralizing potential threats; apprehending and detaining violators; serving as a mediator in conflict resolution; maintaining CCTV systems and access control; reporting incidents and assisting with investigations; coordinating with law enforcement; responding to emergencies such as medical incidents and bomb threats; and supporting security during special events. Requires a valid California Security Guard Card, 2 years of security experience, strong customer service, ability to work in the United States, willingness to travel, fluency in English, and a High School Diploma or higher. Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and other perks.
