Job Summary
Assist teachers with teaching-related activities and non-teaching assignments; provide classroom management support; supervise and assist students in various instructional activities, including reading, dictation, and group/one-on-one instruction under teacher supervision; manage and organize instructional materials; operate audio-visual equipment; follow a definite schedule written by the principal and collaborate with teachers under Title I/Special Education guidelines; role includes reporting to the principal and supervising students during various school-day activities including conferences, emergencies, and routine classroom behavior.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree
- At least 48 college credit hours
