4 Hour Shifts---In Home Caregiver for Seniors

In-home caregiver needed to support seniors in McLean, VA and surrounding Northern Virginia areas. We offer 4-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-1pm, 9am-1:30pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm, 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm) with opportunities for 12-hour shifts; competitive pay at $20/hour; flexible schedules (full-time and part-time available); paid training and onboarding; and a supportive team. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), companionship, social/mental stimulation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance and transfers, medication reminders (non-medical) per care plan, and errands/transportation if applicable. Qualifications include previous caregiving experience preferred but not required, PCA/HHA/CNA certification preferred but not required, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred, ability to read, write, and speak English, eligibility to work in the U.S., TB/PPD test, and ability to pass a background check.
