4 Hour Shifts---In Home Caregiver for Seniors

Provide in-home caregiving support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, along with companionship, social/mental stimulation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance and transfers, medication reminders (non-medical) following care plans, and occasional errands/transportation. Flexible 4-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-1pm, 9am-1:30pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm, 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm, and more) in Northern Virginia; opportunities for additional 4-hour to 12-hour shifts. Requires ability to read, write, and speak English; eligibility to work in the U.S.; valid TB/PPD test; and the ability to pass a background check. Prior caregiving experience or related role is preferred but not required; PCA/HHA/CNA certification is preferred but not required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred but not required.
