Job Summary
4-H Youth Development Professional to serve Waldo County by developing and delivering educational programs that build youth leadership, life skills, environmental awareness, and belonging. Collaborates with the Tanglewood 4-H Camp and Learning Center team to engage youth and volunteers, cultivate partnerships with schools and community organizations, recruit/train volunteers, and manage program logistics. Requires strong leadership, communication, volunteer management, program development, adaptability, and ability to travel locally; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; salary $45,000–$48,000 commensurate with qualifications.
