Join an established Urology program expanding to 2–3 Urologists with a 4x10-hour workweek at a 411-bed regional nonprofit hospital (Level 2). The role includes Endourology/Robotic Urology, URPS/FPMRS (or Female Interest), and General Urology with a broad skillset; 4 DaVinci robots and open block time are available. The practice emphasizes quality outcomes and patient care with a strong base salary, signing bonus, relocation paid, and an uncapped student loan repayment program. The team encourages co-surgery on complex cases. Schedule features a 1:8 call (with a transition toward 1:10) and no in-house call. Visa sponsorship available (J1, H1, O1).
