Job Summary
Join an established Urology program with 11 providers seeking 2-3 additional urologists. The role offers a 4 x 10-hour work week with options for alternate schedules, access to 4 DaVinci robots, open block time, and opportunities in Endourology/Robotic Urology, URPS/FPMRS (or Female Interest), or General Urology. Features include a strong base salary with no production component, signing bonus, relocation paid, uncapped student loan repayment, and opportunities for co-surgery on complex cases. The schedule includes a 1:8 call for the incoming physician covering one hospital, with potential to move toward 1:10. VISA sponsorship for J1/H1/O1 is available. Board eligibility and USA Urology Residency are required. The community offers big-city amenities with a small-town feel, outdoor recreation, and a high quality of life in Bangor, ME.
