Job Summary
Outpatient pediatrician needed in a safety-net community health setting with a four-day workweek. Provide comprehensive care for patients from newborns to young adults, including preventive visits, immunizations, and acute care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate families on growth and development, and mentor newer providers as needed. Four 10-hour shifts weekly (Mon-Thu) with dedicated administrative time and potential leadership opportunities. Relocation assistance available; NHSC and Wisconsin loan repayment eligibility. Four-day outpatient schedule, strong base salary, and a mission-driven environment focused on underserved care.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics REQUIRED
- Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
- Outpatient pediatric care from newborns through young adults REQUIRED
- Strong commitment to community-based and underserved care REQUIRED
- Strong communication and family education skills REQUIRED
