Job Summary
Classroom School Teacher responsible for delivering standards-aligned instruction across Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies using Performance Academies resources. Responsibilities include differentiating instruction, using formative and summative assessment data to tailor instruction, maintaining up-to-date records, coordinating field trips with parental consent, and supporting social-emotional learning. The role emphasizes collaboration with instructional coaches and staff, adherence to PBIS and behavioral policies, ongoing professional development, and active participation in enrollment activities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid state certification in Education or the ability to obtain certification
- Proven success in working with K-8 grade students in a classroom setting, particularly in diverse and inclusive environments
- Strong understanding of child development, pedagogical theory, and best practices in education
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms related to classroom instruction and assessment
- Commitment to using Performance Academies’ instructional resources exclusively in curriculum delivery
