Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and families across community, home, school, or residential settings as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans; assess client needs; facilitate referrals; maintain timely documentation; serve as primary contact for treatment plans; may provide transportation for youth; participate in on-call duties; adhere to Hillside policies and relevant regulations; may perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree required
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT)
- If not licensed, obtain a limited permit upon hire and successfully pass licensing exam by the end of permit period
- Unrestricted, valid NYS driver’s license for minimum of 1 year with a clean driving record and minimum insurance coverage that meets agency standards
- Ability and willingness to travel
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
