3S Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for a clean pharma manufacturing facility responsible for preventative/predictive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Performs planning of maintenance activities, coordinates manpower and contractors, sources spare parts, and works with SAP to execute work orders. Engages in ongoing improvements to maintenance procedures, monitors equipment performance, and supports operations to ensure on-time production. Requires adherence to GMP and safety rules, flexibility for shifts, and ability to collaborate with engineers and suppliers; training of new technicians may be requested.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP work orders
- Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 30 lbs)
- Willingness to work in shifts (late/early hours, weekends, overtime)
- Proactive maintenance planning and calibration activities
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of equipment problems
- Ability to work with vendors/contractors for maintenance and parts
- Ability to train new technicians as requested
