3rd Shift Workflow Coordinator Cold Storage (Sun - Thur 10:30pm -7:00am)

Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency, allocate inventory for outbound shipments, and resolve stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions. Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments. Act as the bridge between teams by keeping leadership informed and collaborating with cross-functional groups to maintain workflow continuity. Optimize processes and tackle other duties within training and expertise. This role requires 1-3 years of warehouse operations experience, proficiency with WMS systems like Blue Yonder or JDA, and strong analytical skills. Schedule is 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday from 10:30pm to 7:00am.
