Job Summary
3rd Shift Warehouse Worker responsibilities include verifying accurate counts of finished products and supplies; organizing and storing finished products; loading and unloading trucks per bills of lading; operating warehouse equipment (tow motor/hand jack/wrapper/battery hoist) safely; storing finished products; maintaining batteries and related documentation; performing cycle counts; maintaining proper FIFO rotation of materials; processing customer orders per directives; communicating safety issues to management; performing RF functions with handheld scanners; staging customer orders on shipping dock; ensuring adherence to GMPs and Safe Quality Food Program; maintaining a safe, clean working environment; and performing any other assigned tasks per lead/manager. Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, basic math, bar code scanning, RF operations, and safety policies is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices
- Ability to read and prepare shipping and receiving records/reports and comprehend production schedules/pick sheets
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
