Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse workflow, supervise the Cold Crew, and allocate labor to fulfill customer requests while prioritizing safety, sanitation, and inventory accuracy. Direct truck dock operations, manage timecards, and conduct performance reviews. Investigate incidents, log safety reports, and lead corrective action processes. Operate warehouse management systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and act as the escalation point for various matters. Occasionally perform Warehouse Associate and Lead duties based on business demands.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma, achieved a GED, or earned the equivalent
- 2+ years of College
- minimum of 2-3 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
- Warehouse Supervision and operations
- food or temperature-controlled environment
- Radio frequency and other warehouse computer applications
- MS Office Suite
- Detail and customer service oriented
- Planning, organizing, professional written and oral communication

- Must be able to consistently lead and influence others to take positive action
- Handle multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced team environment

- Work in a temperature range from +50°F to -30°F
- Lift overhead when required

- Participate in staff and/or customer meetings as required

- Identify and report any issues related to product, processes, and/or quality
- Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building
- Participate in safety and educational training programs
- Additional work hours may be requested by management
