3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise daily receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away operations while ensuring inbound shipments are received accurately, timely, and properly documented. Operate and oversee VNA equipment for put/pull operations, manage production and material requests, and lead, train, and develop employees through documented corrective actions. Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance; review and approve payroll and timekeeping records; and ensure accurate system transactions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Coordinate dock schedules, labor planning, and equipment utilization to maximize inbound efficiency. Communicate with vendors and carriers to resolve discrepancies, maintain OSHA compliance, and create daily shift reports and KPI updates. Partner cross-functionally with fulfillment, inventory, and production teams to ensure seamless product flow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred or 3–5+ years of leadership experience in distribution operations
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship workflows)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience handling employee performance management and corrective actions
- Experience with timekeeping/payroll systems and approvals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar WMS preferred
