Job Summary
Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accuracy and safety. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse floor personnel, managing receiving/picking/staging/shipping/returns processes, filing and documenting materials, data entry into material/inventory management systems, and maintaining a safe work environment. Strong leadership and inventory-management experience, ability to read freight codes, and comfort with basic math are required. Shift is Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Familiarity with English reading/writing and standard background checks is expected; forklift skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 years of warehouse leadership/inventory management experience
- Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding
- Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government and company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
- Must be able to read, write English
- Basic Mathematics Skills
- Must be able to lift and move cartons up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to move about the warehouse to access products and machinery
