Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, perform laser marking operations and NC software programming, set up and operate automated bagging machines, move and organize product through production, replenish supplies, package various product lines, build and box sets per production work orders, organize finished goods inventory, navigate ERP to retrieve order information and confirm statuses, stage orders for shipment, communicate with accounting on credit information and holds, design custom foam inserts, and assist Customer Service with quotes for special requests. Located in Swanton, VT, working Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 10% shift differential. Training schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating or setting up laser marking equipment or NC software is a plus
- ERP system proficiency
- Ability to lift and move products as part of packaging and shipping
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production schedules
- Willingness to work night shift (11:00pm-7:00am) with 10% shift differential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with ability to communicate with Customer Service and Accounting
- Experience in packaging and shipping procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations
