3rd Shift Supervisor

Provide leadership and direction for all departments during off-shift hours, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and production requirements. Review production schedules to prioritize work for delivery commitments while monitoring staffing, workflow, and machine utilization. Utilize the PLEX MRP system to analyze reports and communicate facility issues to maintenance for urgent repairs. Address attendance, performance gaps, and employee concerns through coaching and disciplinary actions as needed. End each shift with comprehensive reporting and cross-shift communication. Occasional forklift and crane support required. This role serves as the senior on-site leader for non-traditional shifts.
