Job Summary
Direct, monitor, and maintain quality and production standards for the Assembly/Packaging plant on the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:50am). Responsibilities include overseeing employee assignments, maintaining inventory, training operators on machines, and assisting in machine setup. The Lead/ Supervisor will communicate daily with the Plant Manager and employees and must have strong communication skills, the ability to make independent decisions as warranted, and basic computer skills. Prior supervision experience is required.
