3rd Shift Supervisor

3rd Shift Supervisor responsible for overseeing Residential Care Coordinators on the 4-ten-hour shift schedule (Wed-Thu 4 PM–2 AM; Fri-Sat 9 PM–7:30 AM) within Cherry Health’s residential program. Provides supervision, training, and development of RCC staff, manages shift coverage, and supports custody, security, and orderly operation of the residential facility. Ensures compliance with policies, licensing, and accreditation standards; prepares narrative/statistical reports; oversees admissions, orientation, discipline, and client activities; coordinates urine/breathalyzer procedures and fingerprinting; maintains sanitation, resident welfare, and collaboration with campus staff. Requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred), CPR certification, and at least three years of direct care experience; a background in mental health, substance abuse, or correctional residential services is preferred. Skills include effective communication, judgment, ability to work with limited supervision, confidentiality, cultural competence, and strong coordination with community resources.
