3rd Shift Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service while patrolling entrances, buildings, and perimeters; escort material and personnel; inspect security and fire exposures; monitor cameras and emergency procedures; stay up-to-date with post orders; complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports; and support safety and loss prevention initiatives. Knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV, fire panels, and related equipment; ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees; operate elevators and access doors safely; comply with training and regulatory guidelines; and adapt to varying post assignments. Must be on time, in full uniform, proactive about revisions to information provided by customers, and capable of reporting suspicious activity or incidents to Security Supervisor. Skills emphasize honesty, vigilance, strong customer service, teamwork, urgency, and clear written and verbal communication.
