Job Summary
Coordinate inbound and outbound truck logistics by weighing vehicles, maintaining logs, and entering available and outbound times into the Shop Floor system. Ensure facility security by verifying authorized personnel access, signing trucks in and out, and assisting with security as needed. Work 12-hour shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, operating both indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions. Maintain outbound logs and support the Traffic Department in coordinating shipping dates, times, and locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Great communication skills – written and verbal

- Good attendance record
- Valid class D driver's license
- Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
- Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts
- Must be able to work 6:00 pm – 6:00 am shifts
- Must be able to work indoor and outdoor environments
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
- Must be able to sign trucks in and out
- Must be able to enter Available and Outbound times into Shop Floor
- Must be able to maintain Outbound Logs
- Must be able to weigh and maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
- Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work as back up for Load Planners
- Must be able to perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must pass drug, alcohol, and background checks
- Must verify employment eligibility by the end of the third day of work
