Job Summary
Sanitation Technician responsible for sanitizing plant equipment in compliance with customer specifications, GMP and safety requirements; read chemical labels, operate power washers, manually scrub machines, light cleaning of coolers, sweeping, floor cleaning with floor scrubber, disassemble equipment, pressure wash rugs, occasional overhead storage cleaning with a man lift; inspect equipment to ensure sanitation standards; report issues to supervisor; adhere to Safe Quality Food program and company safety policies; perform other duties as assigned.
