Job Summary
Transport raw product from the cooler entrance into production using a handheld scanner to verify counts and match pallet tags. Maintain batteries, fill out documentation, and set up raw material to provide a constant flow. Put pallets away neatly, rotate stock, and use downtime productively while adhering to GMPs and safety policies. Operate tow motors or other motorized vehicles in tight quarters, handling materials up to 100 lbs. Work in a fast-paced environment at 50-60 degrees F with a high school diploma and forklift certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment
- Ability to run forklifts and other transport equipment
- Ability to read, comprehend and communicate safety labels on chemical containers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the U.S. without sponsorship
