Job Summary
Quality Technician role responsible for monitoring finished goods quality control, including leaker/weight checks, O2/CO2 checks, fines and shred analyses, packaging/shred quality, label and code-date verification, non-conformance documentation in Redzone, performing pizza bakes, approvals of shred/dice/cubes, end-of-production metal detector checks, ERP holds, isolating non-conforming products, and monitoring shelf-life with Hold Coordinators, in a weather-controlled facility with robotic case packers and safety equipment; requires GMP knowledge, strong computer skills, and clear written/verbal communication, with a focus on maintaining quality standards and timely task prioritization.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of GMP requirements

- Experience in food manufacturing, Quality Control or Quality Lab (desired)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
