Job Summary
3rd Shift Production Supervisor at Datwyler leads transformational shift operations on the production floor, coaching frontline teams to achieve on-time delivery, safety, and quality. Responsibilities include managing shift schedules, partnering with Engineering and Maintenance to minimize downtime, providing real-time feedback and cross-training, and fostering an inclusive, ethical culture with a focus on psychological safety. The role emphasizes coaching over traditional command-and-control, with emphasis on KPIs, daily output reviews, SOP/cGMP compliance, and ISO-aligned process improvements. A BS/BA is preferred and five years of supervisory experience is expected; Lean manufacturing experience is also preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Five years related supervisory experience.
- BS/BA preferred.
- Technical skills to include equipment operations and trouble shooting.
- Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
