Job Summary
Lead, manage, and maintain the assigned section of the Production Floor on the 3rd shift for Adler Pelzer Group’s automotive manufacturing operations in Oregon, Ohio. Responsible for organizing work assignments, ensuring conformance to standardized work, engineering instructions, and IATF16949/APPS standards while meeting production schedules and optimizing plant resources. Duties include personnel and project management within the department, ensuring proper use and care of equipment, training employees, solving unusual problems, troubleshooting production and maintenance issues, and maintaining keen attention to detail. Education can be substituted with equivalent experience; licenses & certifications are preferred but not required.
