3rd Shift Production Supervisor (in S. WI)

Plan, organize, and control department processes in accordance with schedules and company procedures while supervising approximately five hourly employees. Anticipate delays regarding equipment repairs, product mix, material shortages, and schedule changes to prevent or minimize production interruptions. Develop, train, and motivate staff to maximize efficiency, productivity, and morale. Oversee personnel responsibilities to ensure production schedules, quality procedures, safety guidelines, and housekeeping are followed, including maintaining inventory of raw materials and supplies. Attend required meetings to facilitate communication across safety, quality, and production departments. Interact with other supervisors to expedite operational changes and assist in meeting cost reduction and quality improvement projects. This full-time 3rd shift role runs from 7:30pm to 6:00am, Sunday through Thursday, with a salary range of $70k to $80k.
