3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running of production processes in the assigned area, planning and organizing staff tasks and shifts, appraising performance, coaching, counseling and disciplining staff, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. Partners with quality, safety and human resources to ensure compliance. Works Sunday-Thursday 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with a focus on meeting KPI targets for quality, productivity, and safety; ensures on-time customer order processing and effective collaboration with Maintenance and Engineering to minimize downtime; maintains an ethical, non-discriminatory work environment and strong internal communications; adheres to ISO, cGMP and GMP guidelines and creates/updates work instructions to satisfy quality system requirements; requires 3+ years supervisory experience and a BS/BA is preferred. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement in a full-time, third-shift manufacturing setting.
