3rd Shift Production Supervisor (7:30PM - 6:00AM M-TH)

Job Summary
Lead the 3rd shift production team from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, ensuring strict adherence to approved manufacturing processes, safety standards, and 5S housekeeping protocols. Drive a zero-defect culture by monitoring first-pass yield, resolving Requests for Action with root-cause analysis, and managing daily job assignments while maintaining departmental budgets. Develop and mentor Area Leaders through cross-training initiatives and the Employee Management System, ensuring full coverage of critical roles and minimizing skill gaps. Proactively identify unsafe conditions, lead cross-functional solutions for product and equipment issues, and report key metrics to plant management. Open and close the building safely, coordinate with off-shift supervisors for overtime requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer on-time delivery objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Previous experience in Manufacturing and/or Fabrication
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, twist and kneel
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
