Job Summary
Perform surface finish operations, conduct gaging, and utilize manual and automated equipment per manufacturing and quality procedures. Inspect completed components against internal inspection criteria for compliance with engineering requirements. Operate an industrial truck and adhere to safety protocols while wearing PPE. Handle heavy lifting (45+ pounds), prolonged standing, and exposure to shop floor hazards including noise, vapors, and heat. Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This 3rd shift role offers a starting rate of $21.18 per hour with progression to full rate in 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Ability to work independently
- Basic shop math skills in all units of measure
- Ability to read and use gauges and measuring instruments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while having a high degree of attention to details
- Ability to distinguish basic colors
- Ability to lift 45+ pounds
- Ability to perform walking, climbing, stooping, bending
- Ability to perform frequent and prolonged standing/walking
- Ability to operate an industrial truck
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a fitness for duty test
