Job Summary
As a Production Mechanic on our 3rd shift, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, repair and rebuild components, disassemble/clean/lubricate/reassemble equipment, identify potential failures, maintain detailed logs, coordinate maintenance with production, support new product launches with equipment modifications and test runs, and collaborate with technical teams to improve equipment reliability and performance. You should have 1–2 years of mechanical/maintenance experience, and vocational/technical training is preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus. The role requires standing/walking for extended periods, frequent bending/reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of mechanical or maintenance experience
- Vocational or technical training preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
