Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime, and repair, replace, and rebuild machine components with precision. Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble production equipment while identifying potential failures before they happen to take proactive action. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation, keep tools and shop areas organized, and coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance efficiently. Support new product launches by modifying equipment and conducting test runs, collaborating with technical experts to improve reliability. Requires 1–2 years of mechanical experience, vocational training preferred, and ability to lift 75 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of mechanical or maintenance experience
