Job Summary
3rd Shift Production Coordinator responsible for coordinating manufacturing and distribution processes to meet delivery requirements, providing work direction and oversight to a team, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a daily executable production schedule in a safe, efficient, and collaborative manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or two-year industry related technical degree plus 2–3 years’ experience
- 6 to 12 months of Great Northern production work experience preferred
- Ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, manuals, and order specifications
- Ability to move from one task/assignment on short notice, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Mechanical and spatial aptitude
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop team members
