Job Summary
Hands-on, hands-on process support and validation specialist for manufacturing operations in a clean room environment. Responsible for day-to-day process support, troubleshooting equipment and processes, executing validation protocols, data collection, and collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to support existing processes and introduce new equipment/methods. Includes drafting/work instruction updates, supporting change control, and contributing to continuous improvement projects; requires 2–5 years in manufacturing/process support/validation, strong problem-solving, and cross-functional communication. Associate degree preferred; experience with equipment setup, testing, documentation, and involvement in process optimization is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, process support, or validation execution role
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical field preferred; Equivalent technical training or relevant experience considered
