Start up all pertinent production equipment, receive and prepare work orders, and enforce strict sanitation codes and safety rules. Lead personnel in producing quality products by communicating with supervisors, warehousing, maintenance, and quality control while coordinating breaks and lunches to ensure steady flow. Train employees at each workstation to rotate positions and decrease injury risks, and back up other positions to fill in for absences. Evaluate personnel according to Century Foods procedures and recommend action to management. Normal shift hours are 9:45 pm to 6 am Sunday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as needed. The starting wage is $23.30 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential.
