Job Summary
3rd Shift Molding Material Handler performs rotating responsibilities on the production floor, including color changes, transporting product and raw materials with a pallet jack, and floor maintenance. Additional duties as assigned, with potential for a structured training path into technical roles. Must be able to lift 35 pounds, climb ladders, stand for long periods, and differentiate colors. Forklift experience is a plus. Shift starts on third shift with a starting pay of $21.53/hour plus $1.00 shift differential; benefits include various health, time-off, wellness, retirement, and tuition-reimbursement programs. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to climb ladders
- Must be on feet for entire shift and able to bend, stoop and stretch
- Must be able to differentiate color
- Forklift truck experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s license
- Good work and attendance record
- Ability to work extended shifts and weekends as necessary
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Good reading comprehension and basic math skills
