3rd Shift Mixer I

Mixer I at Litehouse is responsible for loading ingredients into blenders, operating metering and pumping systems to produce high-value recipes, and running advanced batch automation (training provided). You will perform changeover and washout of machinery between batches while following strict allergen and food-safety protocols, keep the production area clean and organized, and use scanners and inventory software to maintain accuracy and FIFO practices. You’ll requisition ingredients and supplies, maintain production records, adhere to food safety policies, and report concerns. The role requires flexible hours with potential overtime and weekends; prior experience in production/manufacturing is preferred and candidates must be able to pass a background check.
