3rd Shift Material Handler/Spotter

Job Summary
Move trailers in and out of docks for loading and unloading, receive, unload, label, and stock incoming materials, and pull orders for next-day deliveries. Prepping and staging trailers, totes, and equipment for production while maintaining an organized parking lot and warehouse. Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and complete assigned maintenance work orders and required documentation. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions, including completing safety checks, inspections, and compliance tasks. Report equipment problems, inventory issues, and safety concerns to leadership. Work with the team to meet daily production, shipping, and warehouse goals. Full-time 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday, 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with additional hours as needed. Base hourly rate plus $2.00 per hour for all 3rd shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong safety mindset
- Forklift certification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with co-workers
- Must be available for 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)
- Must be able to work full-time hours
- Must be able to lift and move trailers and materials
- Must be able to operate cleaning equipment
- Must be able to complete safety checks, inspections, and compliance tasks
- Must be able to follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Must be able to report equipment problems, inventory issues, and safety concerns
- Must be able to work with the team to meet daily production, shipping, and warehouse goals
