Job Summary
Off load trailers, verify material quantity and routing, and record incoming inventory and WIP in the computer system. Separate and route products to assembly or inventory, then put away stock and record transactions. Pull orders from inventory, create shipping plans, and generate delivery receipts, pick lists, and BOLs using the IT system. Load outgoing trucks safely according to shipping plans and coordinate with drivers and carriers to satisfy open order demand. Prioritize workload, provide direction to order pullers, perform quality inspections, and manage the order database to ensure on-time performance. Work the 3rd shift from 10:15pm to 6:15am with a $2/hour shift differential, earning between $24 and $28/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday evening – Friday morning from 10:15pm until 6:15am)
- Ability to work in a tobacco-free environment
- Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive position
