Job Summary
Oversee a 3rd shift warehouse/production team in Lincoln, AL, focusing on stamping operations with responsibilities including arranging staffing and cross-training, meeting production targets and quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, managing inventory and cycle counts, coordinating handoffs to daytime management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing concepts). The role requires 2–5+ years of manufacturing/warehouse leadership, proficiency with WMS/ERP software, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to operate independently on night shifts. Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse leadership, preferably in stamping, metal fabrication, or automotive
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, production processes, and inventory management
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on nights with minimal oversight
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), basic computer skills, and sometimes ERP software
- Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, etc.)
