Job Summary
3rd shift Maintenance Technician for Pries Enterprises on a 12-hour swing schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM; 2-2-3 pattern; rotating weekends). Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on production equipment, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, diagnosing equipment failures to minimize downtime, reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints, completing work orders and maintenance logs, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and collaborating with production teams to support operations. Qualifications emphasize prior maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings and strong mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge is a plus. PPE reimbursement provided; full benefits, PTO/holiday pay, and overtime opportunities offered.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs
